Ericomusa Refund policy

Ericomusa has a strict 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your purchaser to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your goods must be in the same condition as when received. The goods must be unworn or unused, with all tags and marketing material attached and in its original packaging. The return must also be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we have no refund or exchange policy on any face masks, filters, underwear, socks and books. These purchases specified herein are at your own risk with no refund or return available.

If your return and refund is processed successfully, we will send a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Any goods returned not following this procedure and without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately should you contend that the item is defective or damaged in any way.

Should you receive the wrong item, different from what you identified and ordered on the Website, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the order and delivery, thereby rectifying the order if indeed the wrong item has been dispatched.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We have already specified above that certain personal products and items cannot be returned. Please be certain about your ordering of these specified products to avoid disappointment which will not be rectified due to the personal nature and health risks associated with such items.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept return and refunds on any sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the goods in accordance with the above procedure outlined and once the return and refund has been accepted and processed, to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will immediately notify you once we have received and inspected your return, providing written notification as to whether the refund was accepted or rejected. If the refund is approved you will be automatically refunded direct to your original payment method. Please be advised that the processing of the refund, if approved, may take some time for your bank to process.
